CFC ANCOP Australia is a non-profit non government company established in Australia in 2002.

The name is coined from the acronym “Answering the Cry of the Poor” which is the company’s main calling. As such, it is involved in promoting self-sustainable development in developing countries in the region. The company has an AUSAID accreditation for Overseas Aid Grant Distribution Scheme (OAGDS) and is a registered tax-deductible charity organization with the Australian Tax Office.

Over the years CFC ANCOP Australia has established 31 Villages in the Philippines and helped one in Papua New Guinea. It has undertaken assistance to nine (9) other villages in partnership with other organizations in Australia and around the world. After nine years of building houses for the poor, CFC ANCOP Australia recognised that elevating the poor’s aspirations is as basic as everyone’s need for shelter and more cogent tool for self reliance.

Thus in 2011, the company shifted to give more priority to providing education and livelihood as means of sustaining these villages. The company adopted its slogan, “Building Hope through Education” and gave more focus to its Child Sponsorship Program. CFC ANCOP Australia started with 22 scholars in the school year 2011/12. Through fund raising activities as well as support from our donors, we were able to receive more to help more.

The Work Continues...

The work may appear to be an enormous task but through the years, CFC ANCOP Australia has always been able to find ways and means to fund its mission.
